Laser cutting head is one of most important parts of laser cutting machines. The traditional cutting head only includes focusing lens and nozzle and does not have auto-focus function.If there is no auto-focus, the spacing between the focus lens and workpiece will not be same, which results in different focused beam diameters and then different power densities at different positions. Thus the cutting quality may be different at the positions.
Based on the requirements from the market, we have developed self-floating laser cutting heads. By using capacitive sensor and auto motor moving system, the spacing between the focus lens and workpiece will be kept same at any position of the cutting field. The response time is millisecond range only and the system is stable and reliable.
STAC-A200MS series fiber laser cutting heads, designed for laser power within 2000w, is a wonderful solution for medium power of laser flat cutting application.
Speifications:
STAC-A260E/A280E electric fiber laser cutting head, supporting electric auto-focus adjustment, is designed for medium/high power of laser cutting. With sensor unit, controlling unit and driving unit integrated inside, it is a wonderful solution for achieving complete automatic cutting when working with our motion control board STAC-MCC series and CNC cutting software STAC-SC series.
A motor is used to move the focal lens up/down to adjust the focusing. It can be driven via our control board STAC-MCC3721.

The control boards used to control lasers, laser cutting heads, XYZW motion and capacitor height sensor in the cutting heads. STAC-MCC3721H is to control XYZ 3-axis motion and STAC-MCC3721NC is to control XYZW 4-axis motion.

STAC-SC2000 CNC cutting software is designed for flat fiber laser cutting which includes graphic drawing and editing, cutting process dealing, cutting process controlling, system monitoring, components monitoring and debugging, and so on.
