Duties and responsibilities：

• In charge of regional sales and  follow-up

• E-marketing & tele-marketing

• Sales tracking and reporting

Required Skills & Experience:

• Minimum diploma level

• Skilled in E-marketing & E-commerce

• Background on electronics, optics, laser, mechanics or electric engineering

• Able to converse in English and Malay (or Indian language or Chinese)

• Singaporean or PR, Malaysian

• Perform general administrative work
• Coordinate, plan and manage purchase of goods
• Liaise with suppliers and purchasers
• Strong communication when interacting with internal and external customers
• Logistical support for sales operations like coordinating pick-up and delivery of goods
• Keep track of store inventory, with incoming and outgoing goods
• Support our digital marketing campaign if candidate is willing

• Candidate must possess at least ldquo;Nrdquo; Level certificate or equivalent
• Familiar with store and logistics practices
• Good interpersonal and communication skills in English
• Able to work independently under minimum supervision and within stipulated deadline
• Able to multi-task and in a fast-paced environment

Duties and responsibilities：

• Understand customers’ requirements, translating them into technical specifications

• Maintain documentation of customer’s requirements and our proposed solutions

• Constantly seek solutions and products from other suppliers

• Liaise with factory / suppliers about specifications, customisation, and speed up processes

• Engage along Sales Managers to support and complete sale.

• Design and develop product marketing and training material like catalogs and manuals

• Evangelize and train other sales managers and end users

• Product specialisations: Precision Optics, Laser Crystals, Power Electronics, Galvanometers, Laser instruments etc.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Diploma/Degree in engineering/science or related discipline (or equivalent)

• Experience in photonics, optics, lasers, machinery technical sales

• Experience dealing with clients from manufacturing and research sector is highly beneficial

• Problem solving skills and a high degree of creativity / resourcefulness.

• Strong business acumen and excellent organizational, analytical, and influencing skills.

• Effective time management and networking skills.

• Competitive drive and determination.

• Customer focused and strong interpersonal skills.

• Written and oral communication skills

• Willingness to travel.

• Qualifications not paramount over industry sector experience

* Technical support on before-sales and after-sales

* Technical documents writing in Chinese and English

* Learning technical skills from our suppliers and then training our relevant staffs.

* Other duties as assigned

Required Skills  Experience:

*  Min. bachelor degree in physics, laser or optics.

*  Min. 2 years work experience in laser or optics industry

*  Good communication skills in English and Mandarin
