We have been specializing in design, development and manufacturing of high power laser diodes from 905 to 1800 nm wavelengths using MOCVD-grown hetero structures based on In-Ga-Al-As-P solid solutions for more than 30 years now. Today we can offer full circle laser diode manufacturing process starting from MOCVD-hetero structures growth to complete devices. We also suggest very flexible approach to meet customer requirements by developing and producing laser diodes with customized parameters on request.

We offer two series of laser diodes: single mode Fabry-Perot (FP) laser diodes and multimode FP laser diodes. Types of packages include SOT-148 (9mm), C-mount, HHL with windowHHL with fiber, and TO-3. Other packages are available upon request.
